Robby Eaves is a founding Principal of Commercial Industrial Properties. His primary focus is on development projects, site selection for tenants, and commercial investment acquisitions and dispositions.
Prior to forming CIP, Robby spent four years as a Senior Vice President at Retail Solutions and six years at NAI Austin and REOC Austin. He brings a vast understanding, having previously owned businesses in manufacturing and logistics, as well as in the food and beverage industry.
Robby is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), having earned his pin in 2015, and just completed his term of 2020 President of CCIM Central Texas where he still sits as a member of the board of directors.. Robby is an active member of the Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA), the Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (CTCAR), the Austin Chapter of the Asian Real Estate Association (AREAA) and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Robby currently is in his 2nd year of his appointment to the Ward Center for Real Estate Studies of the CCIM Institute where his team develops continuing educational offerings.
Robby is a long-time resident of Austin, having moved here in 1997. In his free time he enjoys cooking, entertaining friends, and spending time with his wife and their two kids.
