Josh Hubka is a founding Principal of Commercial Industrial Properties and specializes in commercial land, development, and investment opportunities. Since starting his career in commercial real estate in 2005, he has completed more than $200M in land transactions, ranging from 20,000 sf downtown lots to large 400+ acre mixed-use developments. He enjoys the creativity that land brokerage provides, and his clients appreciate his ability to advise them throughout the entire development process.

Josh is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), having earned his pin in 2010. He has been a board member of the CCIM Central Texas Chapter since 2011, served as the 2012 Chapter President, and again as the 2021 Chapter President. He is a board member of the Presidential Glen Municipal Utility District (MUD). Josh is a member of the Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (CTCAR), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR).

Born in San Diego, Josh graduated from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles with a degree in Business Management and Economics, and he moved to Austin in 2005. In his free time, Josh enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children.
