Mark, a native Austinite, brings more than 30 years of commercial real estate and business experience to Commercial Industrial Properties. He represents a wide variety of local, regional, national, and international industrial tenants, landlords, owners, users, developers, and investors. Mark is well known as a successful, extremely ethical, hardworking, and seasoned industrial broker who has extensive local market knowledge and transaction experience. His strengths include the ability to assess client needs and requirements and then analyze, understand, and find creative solutions. He has been recognized on The Austin Business Journal’s Industrial Brokerage Heavy Hitters list and CoStar Group’s “Austin Power Broker-Industrial Transactions.”
Mark’s user and investor clients, ranging in size from locally grown entrepreneurial businesses to Fortune 100 corporations, regularly call upon him for representation and assistance in locating and acquiring industrial sites and buildings, marketing and selling industrial sites and buildings, negotiating build-to-suit transactions, and locating and leasing multi- and single-tenant industrial space.
Mark graduated from Southwest Texas State University with a degree in Business Management. He is a current board member for the Austin Commercial Real Estate Society (ACRES) and a member of the Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (CTCAR), the Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA), the National Association of Realtors (NAR), and the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR).
Mark is an avid supporter and past board member of Wonders & Worries, Woods & Waters, and the Young Men’s Business League. In his free time, he enjoys boating, wakeboarding, sporting clays, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his wife and three children.
