Prior to joining Commercial Industrial Properties, Kurt was with NAI Commercial Industrial Properties for 18 years. He specializes in land brokerage for multi-family, single family, office, retail, and industrial users. He is well known for his extensive knowledge, experience, and success in the Central Texas real estate market.
Kurt graduated from Southern Methodist University (SMU) with a degree in Real Estate and Finance. He has more than 40 years of commercial real estate experience, having begun his career as a loan officer with a national commercial mortgage REIT based in Dallas, Texas.
Kurt moved with his family to Austin in 1979 and served as a loan officer with American Bank prior to beginning his career in real estate brokerage. In his free time he enjoys swimming, hiking, traveling with his wife, and spending time with their son and two grandchildren.
He is an active member of the Austin Commercial Real Estate Society (ACRES), having served as President in 2010.
