Evan Bole, an Austin native, joined Commercial Industrial Properties as an Associate and brings to the firm an energy and passion for the real-estate industry. Evan’s focus at CIP includes tenant and landlord representation in retail, office, industrial, and land. Some of his clients include: Datacom Design Group, Shape Method, SoFly Social, Sandbox ABA, Trident Motor Sports, as well as property owners throughout Austin. Evan is furthering his education and network as a CCIM candidate and member of the CCIM Programs Committee.
Evan graduated from Texas A&M with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate. In his free time, he enjoys working on his vintage Bronco, reading, outdoor activities, cooking, athletics, and spending time at his Central Texas ranch.
Prior to starting at CIP, Evan worked for Stone Legacy Ventures managing rental properties and interfacing with both clients and vendors.
