Daniel Stein is the newest associate at CIP and conducts business with tenacity and persistence, gathering important information from, and for, his clients by using effective communication skills garnered from over 10 years of executive sales experience.
Daniel began his career in the industry by solving complex environmental issues. He designed installations of air purification systems resulting in an improved work environment and increased bottom line for several industrial users. Afterwards, Daniel continued to progress his career by starting his own business as an indoor air quality consultant where he helped commercial office building owners solve employee health issues by revealing the root cause of the building system failures.
Specializing in commercial buildings since 1996 Daniel has an extensive background in HVAC systems working for Trane and Comfort Systems, then transitioning to commercial real estate in 2019. Coupled with his internal drive and motivation his history makes him an ideal fit to serve a variety of clients with dynamic needs.
A member of multiple organizations, Daniel actively participated as a member of the Board of Directors for BOMA (Building Owner and Managers Association) and AAFAME (Austin Association of Facility and Maintenance Engineers). Now he is an active member of CTCAR (Central Texas Commercial Association of Realtors) and the Central Texas Chapter of the CCIM Instutite (Certified Commercial Investment Members).
In his free time Daniel enjoys cooking gourmet meals for family and friends, playing golf (though not very well) and spending time with his wife.
